NORTH CHANNEL FISHING A WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE

Some of the island lodge best fish are caught from the shores of the island. Ardent anglers find excellent fishing for Bass, Northern Pike, Trout, Muskie, Walleye, Perch, and Panfish as they explore the protected waters among the many islands on the bay of islands.

Rainbow trout are becoming plentiful in the area.

We have an extensive selection of lures in our tackle shop, we have both worms and minnows available. LICENSES AVAILABLE AT THE LOCAL STORE.

You may fish with or without a guide, we would be happy to arrange it for you. Motor boats available for rent.

Nature could not have designed a better game fish than small mouth bass. The north channel of Georgian Bay, Lake Huron is famous for its fighting small mouth bass.

The fishing here has likely never been better, progressive regulations, improved environmental controls, and catch and release have combined to build the muskie and pike populations to past historical highs.

Rainbow trout are now frequently caught in this area. Whether your favorite is lake trout in the bay of islands or for speckled and Brown trout enthusiast a trip to the main land and a short hike into the mountain lakes at the foot of the La Cloche Mountains. Which ever you choose you won't be disappointed.

Always a great fun way to plan your shore lunch. From jumbo yellow perch to the smaller fry of black crapie or sunfish. Pan fish offer an option to take a feed of fish home after your vacation is over.

Ontario and Canadian residents must have an outdoors card to purchase a fishing license, this card is not a license. You must purchase a tag and affix it to the outdoor card. We rent 16-foot cedar strip boats or aluminum boats with 10 or 20 H.P. motors, but should you wish to bring your own boat, we will assist you in launching it at Whitefish Falls.

We also have a 26-foot boat available for daily rental for larger parties.
